Every love story is unique, and so is every engagement ring we create. This 14 Karat Lab-Grown Diamond Engagement Ring began with a customer’s dream of crafting a sophisticated design centered around a 2-carat emerald-shaped lab-grown diamond.
The process began with the customer having a clear idea of the design they wanted. They envisioned a sleek engagement ring with a 2-carat lab-grown emerald-shaped diamond as the center point. To complement the striking centerpiece, the customer envisioned delicate accents of smaller round and straight baguette lab-grown diamonds, resulting in a timeless, refined look that perfectly encapsulates their love story.
The journey began with collaboration between the customer and our expert design team. Using advanced CAD/CAM (Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing) technology, we transformed their ideas into a 3D digital model, capturing every detail with precision and care.
The emerald-shaped lab-grown diamond, renowned for its sleek lines and captivating step-cut facets, was placed at the heart of the design. Down the shank, straight baguettes and round diamonds were arranged to enhance the beauty of the center stone while creating a cohesive, balanced design.
The customer was involved at every stage of the design process, ensuring the final digital render reflected their vision down to the smallest detail.
Once the design was approved, the digital file was sent to a 3D printer to create a highly detailed wax model of the ring. This model served as the foundation for the casting process, where molten 14 Karat White Gold was poured into a custom mold to form the ring’s structure.
After casting, the ring underwent meticulous hand-finishing. Our master jeweler polished the band to perfection and refined the settings to ensure each diamond was showcased to its fullest potential. The emerald-shaped diamond was carefully set in a sleek, secure setting, while the round and baguette diamonds were precisely positioned to add brilliance and dimension to the design.
