Unless otherwise stated, all jewelry items on our website are considered Custom, Personalized, and/or Sold-As-Is. As such, they are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Exceptions for Manufacturer Defects

Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the rare case of a manufacturer’s defect. Please note:

• General wear and tear is not considered a defect.
• Any issue determined to be caused by misuse, neglect, or mishandling is not eligible for return or exchange.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on Final Sale items. No exceptions.
