Providing Goods & Services to People with Disabilities
We are committed to excellence in serving all customers, including individuals with disabilities. This includes accessible service in the following areas:
Communication
We communicate with individuals in ways that consider their disability. Our team members are trained to interact respectfully and effectively with people with various disabilities, including over the phone and through alternative communication methods (e.g., email or written communication) when needed.
Assistive Devices
Customers using assistive devices are welcome. Our employees are trained to support individuals who rely on these devices when accessing our goods or services.
Service Animals & Support Persons
We welcome individuals with disabilities who are accompanied by:
- Service animals in areas open to the public, except where prohibited by law.
- Support persons, who will always be allowed to accompany the individual throughout our premises.
Notice of Temporary Disruption
In the event of a planned or unexpected service disruption, a notice will be posted outlining the reason for the disruption, expected duration, and available alternatives. We will also offer alternate communication formats if required.
Training for Employees
All employees who interact with the public or are involved in policy development receive accessibility training. This includes, but is not limited to:

- District Sales Managers
- Store Associates (Hourly and Salaried)
Training will include the following:
- Communicating with individuals with various disabilities
- Assisting customers using service animals, support persons, or assistive devices
- Using tools or devices available for supporting people with disabilities
- Responding to customer accessibility challenges
- Understanding and applying our accessibility policies

Accessible Information & Communication
Upon request, we will provide publicly available information (including emergency information) in accessible formats or with communication supports. We will consult directly with the individual to meet their communication needs appropriately.
