Order Processing
At You Design We Create, we strive to ensure a satisfying and streamlined shopping experience. For your convenience, we accept the following payment methods: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Shop Pay, and Visa.
Once your order is placed using our user-friendly system, we begin processing it immediately. Because of this, orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Most orders are processed, manufactured, and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Shipping
We primarily use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to deliver your order efficiently. We currently ship only within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Several USPS shipping options are available at checkout to ensure you receive your order when you need it. A signature is required upon delivery. We recommend shipping to a location where someone will be available to receive and sign for the package, such as your home or place of work. If no one is available, USPS will leave a notice and hold the package at your local Post Office for pickup.
Security/Insurance Protection
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. All packages are fully insured at no additional cost. USPS may require a signature upon delivery at their discretion.
Shipping Options
Please note: the shipping time selected at checkout is in addition to the processing time. Most products require 1–2 business days for processing and manufacturing. For custom orders placed through inquiry, a time estimate will be provided during the initial consultation.
Cancellations & Returns
All products listed on our website are made to order and are classified as Special Order Items. As such, all sales are final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged, including custom items created through inquiries.
