This depends on the extent of the project at hand. Most of the name necklaces, pendants and charms listed on our website can be manufactured in as little as 1-2 business days.

Other projects, such as pieces with stones set or containing enamel may require the use of Computed Aided Design/Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) and can add to the overall timeframe of manufacturing the piece. Upon initial inquiry and discussion of projects such as these, we try our best to give a projected time frame as to how long it will take to better inform our customers. However, we always try our best to meet and accommodate all of your needs.

We primarily manufacture in 14 Karat Gold in the color of your choice (Yellow, White and Rose), Sterling Silver and even Platinum.

All of our Sterling Silver pieces are rhodium plated to enhance its color and to prevent tarnishing.

We can use almost any gemstone you can think of, including but not limited to: natural diamonds, lab grown diamonds, natural gemstones (such as ruby, sapphire, and emerald) and synthetic gemstones.

Not at all! We welcome any idea to make your vision into reality. We specialize in all custom work, including but not limited to: name necklaces, pendants and charms, earrings and personalized rings. If you can design it, we can create it!

This depends on how soon your custom piece is finished. Please refer to the above regarding completion time frames. Upon completion, orders are shipped the next business day.

We ship all orders via United States Postal Service. Please use this link to track your package with the tracking number provided to you upon shipment fulfillment.
