• Design Rendering into Vector Format:

  Starting with an image of the German Eagle provided by the client, our design team meticulously converted the design into a vector file. This digital format allowed us to preserve every intricate line and contour, capturing the essence of the eagle in scalable precision.

• Laser Engraving on Gold:

  Using the vector file, we programmed our high-resolution laser engraving system to etch the eagle design directly onto a flat sheet of 14K yellow gold. This method ensured crisp, fine detailing and depth that would be difficult to achieve by hand alone.

• Cutting and Forming the Pendant:

  After engraving, the gold sheet was cut precisely along the contours of the eagle using specialized tools. This allowed us to create a perfectly proportioned pendant that mirrored the original design.

• Hand Polishing and Finishing:

  To bring out the brilliance of the gold and enhance the engraved contrast, our skilled jewelers carefully polished and finished the pendant by hand. The result was a vibrant, detailed piece full of character.
