From Heirloom to Vision

Our journey began with a consultation to understand the customer’s design goals. Using advanced CAD/CAM (Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing) technology, we brought their vision to life through a detailed 3D digital model. This process allowed the customer to visualize every element of the design and make adjustments before the manufacturing began.

The pear-shaped natural sapphire, with its deep, vibrant blue hue, was placed at the center of the design. Surrounding it, a halo of natural diamonds was carefully arranged to enhance the sapphire’s brilliance and give the ring a striking, luxurious appearance. The customer chose platinum for the setting, a durable and elegant metal that complements both the sapphire and diamonds beautifully.

From Digital Design to Reality

Once the customer approved the digital design, we moved into the manufacturing phase. A 3D wax model of the ring was created using cutting-edge 3D printing technology, providing a precise template for the casting process.

Stone Setting, Finishing, and Final Inspection

Once the ring was casted in the metal of choice, the sapphire was carefully set as the centerpiece, and the diamonds were individually hand-set in the halo to ensure they sparkled with maximum brilliance. The bold platinum band was polished to a mirror-like shine, completing the design with elegance and sophistication.
