To create this special piece, our first step was to turn the design into vector art. This allowed us to meticulously outline the sun’s form and embed the symbol of "Nyame Ye Ohene" into its center. With vector art, we could achieve the fine detailing required to capture the sun’s radiating lines and the intricacies of the symbol.

Our design team began by sketching the shape of the sun, focusing on achieving an even, balanced design for the rays. Once the sun shape was perfected, we integrated the "Nyame Ye Ohene" symbol at the center, adjusting it to fit harmoniously within the sun’s circular form. This balance allowed the symbol to stand out as the focal point without overwhelming the sun’s design.

After refining the layout, the artwork was converted into a detailed digital blueprint. The vector file provided precise guidelines for the laser engraving and cutting phase, ensuring that every line and curve would be faithfully represented in 14 Karat Yellow Gold.

With the vector design finalized, the next step was to use a laser engraving and cutting machine to translate the digital blueprint onto a 14 Karat Yellow Gold sheet. This advanced technology allowed us to engrave the symbol with exceptional detail and cut the sun’s shape with accuracy.

The laser first engraved the intricate lines and curves of "Nyame Ye Ohene." The laser engraving process ensured that every detail of the symbol was clear and consistent, capturing the depth and meaning of the design in the gold. The laser then cut the circular outline and each individual sun ray, following the vector art precisely to achieve clean, polished edges.
