Unlike many of our typical custom jewelry projects, this piece required a specialized production process to ensure accuracy and authenticity:

  • Original Ring Provided: The client entrusted us with his original silver biker ring.
  • Mold Creation: We partnered with our casting house to create a detailed mold of the existing ring. This step ensured that every intricate design element was captured.
  • Wax Model Production: From the mold, a precise wax model of the ring was crafted. This model served as the blueprint for the gold casting process.
  • 14K Yellow Gold Casting: The wax model was duplicated in radiant 14K yellow gold, carefully preserving the intricate details of the original design.

Polishing and Finishing Touches

Once the piece was cast in 14K Yellow Gold, it was off to our expert jeweler to meticulously clean the casting and polish the gold ring, achieving a brilliant, flawless finish that highlighted its bold design. Careful attention was paid to maintain the fine details in the feathers of the wing.
