It all began with our client’s desire for a unique, one-of-a-kind piece. They had a very clear idea of how they wanted the nameplate to look: elegant, timeless, and bold. Most importantly, the client requested a specific style of lettering—one that would truly reflect their personality and create a one-of-a-kind piece.
We worked closely with them to refine every detail of the design, making sure the chosen font and style perfectly matched their vision. Our expert designers sketched initial concepts, presenting various letter styles, curves, and finishes, until we found the one that perfectly aligned with their expectations.
Once the style of the lettering was finalized, we took the project to the next stage—digital modeling using advanced CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) technology. This allowed us to translate the design into precise 3D models, ensuring every curve, edge, and contour of the nameplate was crafted to exact specifications.
The computer-generated model provided a detailed view of how the piece would look once completed, allowing us to further refine the design before moving to production. This technology also ensured that the setting for each natural diamond would be perfect, highlighting the brilliance and fire of the gems.
The nameplate was then cast in 14 Karat White Gold, chosen for its strength, durability, and luxurious sheen. White gold not only provides a contemporary look but also serves as the perfect backdrop for the diamonds, making them stand out even more.
Our jeweler meticulously set VS quality natural diamonds into the nameplate. These diamonds are known for their superior clarity, with only very slight inclusions that are invisible to the naked eye. After the diamonds were securely set, the nameplate underwent a series of finishing processes to ensure its perfection.
