To accurately depict the logo’s intricate details and ensure precise production, the original image needed to be refined and adapted. This was accomplished by converting the logo into a digital format known as vector art. Vector art allows each line, curve, and element to be defined mathematically, ensuring it can be scaled to any size without losing quality. The process involves meticulously tracing the logo’s design, recreating its outlines, and refining small elements to ensure the vector version is a perfect reflection of the original concept.
Once the vector art was complete, the design was transferred to a state-of-the-art laser engraving and cutting machine. Laser cutting is ideal for delicate work like this because it offers precision and the ability to produce clean, sharp edges even on the smallest details. The machine traced the path of the vector art, cutting through the 14 Karat Yellow Gold sheet with pinpoint accuracy. Every curve, line, and flourish of the logo was perfectly replicated, transforming the bakery’s emblem into a tangible piece of fine jewelry.
